Anywaa Survival organisation -ASO has been playing a pivotal role in human rights and good governance advocacy on behalf of Anywaa (Anuak) internationally.

ASO  is the leading Gambela indigenous peoples organisation to alert the international community and national governments on systematic and indiscriminate killings, injustice, rapes and all forms of crime against humanity perpetuated against indigenous peoples (mainly Anywaa ) in Gambela state, Ethiopia.

Our representatives (Hon. Peter Opiti Chaam and Mr. Obang O. Metho participated at the UN Human Rights Commission 60th Session, Geneva 2004.
